what is meditation
Meditation is access to the wholeness of the present moment. Meditation is our natural state of being it is not something that we have to “do”. The practices of concentration, attention, mindfulness and inner listening are tools that help us to experience the natural state of meditation which is silence, peace, emptiness, fullness and resilience.
Meditation is an ancient art and science that reveals inner wisdom, intuition and connection. This returns us to our innate human nature and relieves suffering. This allows to live in alignment with who we are, it helps us to make decisions with clarity and intention, to connect with our emotional intelligence, empathy, compassion and sensory awareness. It helps us to find and maintain connection and relationship with nature in turn cultivates peace, comfort, belonging and being with solitude.
